Anti-Ox Deruster 1L

Oxytech’s ANTI-OX is a versatile phosphoric acid based deruster, degreaser and phosphator all in one. ANTI-OX is designed to attack rust while removing oils and contaminants from the metal surface. ANTI-OX is also suitable as a bath solution for soaking rusted parts and bolts.

APPLICATION:
HEAVY RUST: Apply undiluted and scrub with a wire brush or wire wheel. Rinse
thoroughly with water. Repeat if necessary.

MEDIUM & LIGHT RUST: Dilute 1:10 with water and apply with brush or saturated rag.
Allow 10-15 minutes for reaction and remove excess ANTI-OX with clean water damp
rags. ANTI-OX can be applied undiluted for faster treatment on raw steel only. Remove
excess ANTI-OX with a clean water damp rag.

UNRUSTED/METAL CONDITIONING: Dilute ANTI-OX 1:25 with water and apply by brush
or saturated rag. Allow to dry and remove white powder with a clean water damp rag.

Once metal has been treated with ANTI-OX, a light coating of EASY PHOS can be applied
to maintain the rust free surface.

COVERAGE: 1 Litre of EASY PHOS will treat up to 30m² of surface (pressurised, air feed spray gun). Heavier application will reduce this considerably.
