How to Use It (Application Guide)

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Sand metal surfaces with P80–P120 grit.
2. Mixing Ratio: Combine 100 parts Polyprimer with 2 parts hardener by volume. Stir thoroughly.
3. Application: Apply 2–4 medium coats using a 1.8–2.0mm spray gun at 25–35 PSI, allowing 10–30 minutes flash-off between coats.
4. Drying Time: Allow to cure for 24 hours at 20°C before sanding. For best results, wait 48 hours.
5. Sanding: Dry sand with P120–P320 grit to achieve the desired finish.
6. Topcoating: Once sanded, the surface can be overcoated with primers or topcoats as required.
