We designed this Wheeling machine to be comparable to a traditional cast machine. Flex is minimal and the feel and use of this machine is similar to a cast unit of the same size.
The frames are laser cut from 16mm high strength 350MPa steel and powder coated. All spacers are CNC machined and cadmium plated. This is a bench mounted design or legs can be fabricated.
Wheel sets are the highest quality available. Each machine comes with a set of 6 lower wheels, either true radius or tracking centres.
The six wheels include: Flat, 12" radius, 8.5" radius, 5" radius, 3.25" radius and 2.375" radius. All the wheels are made from 4140, surface ground, heat treated and polished, guaranteed to run within 0.02mm.
Throat clearance is 820mm
